This is one of my favorite cords for knotting. I use this cord doubled and string my beads on with a leadered needle. This cord has medium heft and a good down-to-earth feel. It is not shiny. This is not a fillament cord, meaning it is not made up of several twisted strands. It is braided and very strong. Click on the dark grey to see this cord close-up. It can be melted. When doubled the smallest bead hole size this cord will fit is a .90mm hole.
